Beautiful
So true! Love these pics of the bridge.
Thank you, since returning crossing it is a daily occurrence, makes me wonder how often we take some “things” others marvel over/at for ‘granted’. It always brings a smile to my mind when crossing, regardless of where in the city I may be heading!
Why thank you cous!
Such a magnificent structure. I’ve been on that burning bridge, looking at the light, so I know what Henley was talking about. Fortunately it was the right bridge to burn and I have never looked back.
having recently surrendered to the ‘flames’ i too have survived henley’s bridge saga and (hopefully at any rate) lived to speak about it
Beautiful photos of the bridge. The first one is exquisite and I love how the blue sky shows above the bridge enveloped in cloud and the tints in the water reflect both beneath. Gorgeous! Great and thoughtful quotes on this one too.
thank you, thank you very much!
oooooh! lovely! san fran is one of my very favorite cities
why thank you, glad it recalled memories of the “pleasant” type!
So true!
